HOW THE JOURNEY ALL STARTED

In 2007, while Kayode Olutayo was worshipping during a service at his local church, Daystar Christian Center, God gave him a vision to raise individuals who would create significant change and revival in this generation. This vision led to the birth of the Impact Seminar, a platform designed to reach and transform the lives of people both within and beyond their immediate environment. The mission was clear: to raise a generation of unique, dynamic individuals who would become pillars in society.

The vision addressed a critical need. Many, especially the youth, often fail to recognize the vast potential within them. Some feel they have little to offer and live without purpose, while others have lost hope in God and themselves, drifting through life aimlessly. There are also families in turmoil due to a lack of purpose, and individuals who feel alone, dejected, and isolated from the world, with no place to call home. This vision seeks to empower people to discover their identity in God, restore their sense of purpose, and reconnect them to their rightful place in life.

Through the Impact Seminar, many lives have been touched, and testimonies continue to pour in. People who once saw themselves as insignificant have discovered their potential and started making positive strides in their lives. Those who had abandoned their talents and gifts due to discouragement are now reigniting their God-given abilities and moving forward with purpose. They now face the future with renewed hope, courage, and faith. These are just a few examples of the many transformed lives the seminar has impacted.

In 2008, God instructed Kayode to join the pastorate at Daystar Christian Center to further equip him for a broader impact. However, after handing over the leadership of the Impact Seminar, the individual he entrusted with the role tragically lost his life to armed robbers. Despite this setback, Kayode continued to serve at Daystar until 2024, when God revealed that his years of learning were complete. He was then commissioned to revive the vision, which led to the founding of Dynamic Impact Christian Center, a church established to carry out this global assignment of transformation.
